Data Scientist · Madrid, Spain
Building at the intersection of geospatial data, AI agents, and developer tools.
Who I am
I'm a data scientist at TomTom in Madrid, working on Location Services & Intelligence. My days sit at the intersection of geospatial data, AI, and developer tools.
Right now my work focuses on making location intelligence accessible to AI agents and developers. That means MCP servers, AI-native maps SDKs, traffic analytics, and figuring out how agents should interact with spatial data. It's early, messy, and genuinely interesting.
I like building things. At work that's geospatial AI tooling. On the side it's whatever problem catches my attention that weekend. I also make music, because not everything has to ship.
Selected work
ML · Search
Geospatial search is about finding the right place in the right context. Built an ML reranking layer on top of fuzzy search APIs that learns from behavioural signals to surface more relevant results.
AI Integration · MCP
Open-source MCP server that makes location APIs accessible to AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
Data Science · Insurance
Traffic data carries signal that insurance companies have historically lacked at this resolution. Built a risk detection model to score road segments and driver corridors, turning anonymised mobility patterns into actuarial signal.
Data · Side Project
A Spain-wide product and services catalog built to predict real-time economic indexes. Aggregates pricing data across categories to track inflation at a granular level. Currently private.
